David Nguyen

Dr. David Nguyen is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience fostering Vietnam-Singapore economic relations. He has assisted over 500 Vietnamese businesses in expanding their operations internationally through Singapore. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Regulus Investment and Capital Holding and Chief Strategic Advisor to Vietnam Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. With his in-depth understanding of both markets, he supports Vietnamese enterprises in business development and international market access.
 
Furthermore, Dr. Nguyen is the President of the Vietnamese Association in Singapore, promoting community cohesion and cultural exchange. He also heads the Hanoi Small and Medium Enterprises Association’s representative office in Singapore, facilitating business cooperation between the two entities.
 
As a member of the Global Family Office Circle and the Global Sustainability Council, Dr. Nguyen is committed to promoting sustainable and responsible investment. His contributions strengthen the bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore across various sectors.
